Vision:
Imagine a poor family trying to educate their kids- the people hungry, uneducated, isolated and forgotten. We are trying to help them to go to schools and provide the necessary infrastructure and study material, just a few books, pencils, clothes and help them a study for their living. Here the Kids themselves take pride by letting us know who needs what!
Mission
Enable economically disadvantaged students from the villages to
- Complete their initial school’s and studies
- Enable them to be self-reliant and enjoy a healthy, dignified and sustainable quality of life by getting education.
- Identify the economically and socially deprived, the physically and mentally challenged - starting with children, so that they become educated, skilled and aware
How SUJNANA plans to achieve its vision and mission?
- Partner with schools, colleges in the villages to provide need-cum-merit based scholarships to students.
- Connect village students in India with mentors thru different programs.
- Facilitate interactions with successful professionals and leaders
- Organize competitions for rural students at village, block, district, state and country level
- Work with private donors and banks to help village students secure educational loans.
